Helgeland Industrial Park is a strategically located area in the middle of Helgeland with opportunities for larger establishments in different industries, located between Mosjøen, Sandnessjøen and Mo.

The area has good access to electricity (favorable electricity prices and good security of supply), space for larger establishments and the possibility of deepwater docks. In addition, the railway and County Road FV 78 pass through the area. This is a combination that has increasing interest and is in short supply in Norway and large parts of Europe.

The area is regulated through area regulation for Drevjaleira and allocated to industry and port.
